Question Different paperwork for Over 8's

    Hi all,

I've recently registered and just waiting for my insurance to come through.

I have an 8 year old boy lined up to start mid October and I will pick him up from school 3 afternoons a week and have him till 6pm.

I am going through my policies ready to send to his mum however I've noticed they are all geared towards the early years. My policies and permissions detail things like using the buggy, nappy changing, and observations. Do I need to create a separate lot of files for Over 8's or just ask the mum to cross out what is not applicable?

    Thanks

I use the same forms for all ages and just tell parents not to worry about those that don't apply. They either cross out or put N/A
