What kind of things do I need to list in my accounts book? I've never Been self employed before so not sure how to clearly set it out so i can use to submit my earnings.. I have looked at hmrc but wondered best way to record things? X

I set mine out in line with the pacey books - toys and equipment, outings, food and drink, misc, telephone and admin etc....
