Insurance and 2 year check

My insurance needs to be renewed but I don't want to sign up to PACEY (ncma) this year.
Can anyone recommend where to get insurance from without them?

Also where can I find a copy of the two year check?

You can get PL insurance through Morton Michel...there is a thread in the independent childminders section which gives you your different options.

Also the two year check doesn't have to be completed on a particular form, however I use the template from here
