    Default FCCERS

I have just completed the FCCERS course (3 days)
The course its self was helpful in showing you how use and score yourself but I think if you purchased the FCCERS book (available from amazon)
its easy enough to use without doing a course.
Its a really simple tool to use and should be a good guide to help improve your practice and give you an understanding of what maybe expected from you as a home care provider.
Am happy to answer any questions xx

i really like the FCCERS. I had it done by 2 assessors (voluntarily) and found it a great self reflection and feedback tool

Lol I have no idea what the course is but when I read it as a word rather than as letters it sounds like a very insulting word lol. I could do with a course on how to handler f'kers bu I don't suppose that's what it's about is it?

Our DO, i assume that's her role, is visiting all cm to assess using that. I have ordered the book from Amazon because I like to be prepared

I was reliably informed it's officially pronounced FICCERS
