Just wanted a moan 10.30 at night and still working on SEF
Want to cry washing machine still needs to be unloaded!!!

When I first did my SEF I worked on it over a period of about 2-3 weeks, also I got up early each morning and spend time on it at the start of the day - cannot think clearly at 10.30 pm

Remember that it is a rolling sef you should be coming back to it over and over

I feel your pain, I remember getting to the end and it asked how long it took, the maximum being 3-4 hours, more like 3-4 months! (the original one was much longer)

He he, me too! No way it took 3-4 hours, more like 34!!! It was worth it, but I'm not really looking forward to having to review it!

I do it a bit at a time... it's the only way I find it manageable!!

self evaluation form which you fill in on the ofsted web site and is the bain of your life or like me i fill in the local one my development officer gives me lot quicker and easier lol
