    Question Contract changes...

do you fill out a whole new one or do you just amend the previous one? I can see a part that says review date but no part to make amendments...confused...it doesn't take much

Depends what it is but if some thing small like change of days/ times I write on a separate paper :
Changes to to the contract as follows are to be eom part of the original contract and all other aspects of the co tract remains in force
    Then outline the changes
Parent and I sign and date it.
    Staple it to contract.
