Default Add notes to contract or fill in new one?

I've ordered some new NCMA contracts as I need one, but I know the wording has changed for payment of fees and we can now suspend care if fees are late until they are paid up. Can I make an amendment somewhere on my current contracts or should I really fill in new ones for all the other children? Thanks

I would write it in my fees policy and make sure parents see / read a copy - then cross it out on your contracts

Thanks Sarah. I've given out new fees policies so will just amend the current contracts.
