    Default Quick question about wording

Ok my head is done in am sure its ok but don't want to get wrong off ofsted. Am I ok to still use the terms 'special needs' and 'special educational needs'??? I have a special needs policy and a special educational needs policy and am now doubting myself if it is still ok to use these terms.
My brain has literally stopped working today with regards to this new eyfs and it hasn't even come into effect yet.
    Thanks guys all help appreciated.

Equality of opportunity and diversity / inclusion are the current buzz words.

While the Eyfs 2008 referred to 'special needs' disabled people battled long and hard to get over the message that they are not 'special'!

It's the world that needs adjusting to enable them to live comfortably.
