Hiya i added the paragraph from the new eyfs onto my existing policy
I love my friends who live inside my laptop xx
This is what I have done (see attached)
If anyone notices anything I have missed, got wrong or anything else please let me know... I always get paranoid that I have done it all wrong lol
EmmaReed84 like your policy. But how do I password protect and individual file?? My laptop is password protected - is that not sufficient?
I believe so, but what if you left your laptop on? Does it go on to just a screen saver that you move the mouse and it comes back on? Or does it ask for your PW again?
I downloaded a file which is called LockBox and it sits on your desktop and you can put the files you want hidden away. So I have one folder "Childcare" which any thing CM related goes in to and it is in my lockbox. While the box is locked the files are not even displayed. Then you unlock it, it is PW secure. Just have to remember to close the files and lock the box when you leave the computer, in case anyone else wants to use it. Your private files are save.
Thanks emma i was struggling with the wording for the phone/photo part and yours has helped alot. Am sure am overthinking alot of this new paperwork.
"nothing can get in my way" that's my new motto
Thanks Emma
I say that it is prohibited for visitors or other parents to take photographs either on a phone or camera in my setting when minded children are here......
