Policies and procedures online - parents' confirmation doc?

Hi there,

I'm making my policies and procedures available online, and asking parents to sign a sheet to say that they've read them. Could I have suggestions as to what the confirmation page should say? Is it enough to say that they've read and understand them??

I would list each policy with a tick box if you pm me your email I will email mine I give mine on a CD

How are you making them available on-line, out of interest? Do you have a website or is there another way?
