New/Revised EYFS Parental Responsibility Form

As promised I am busy trying to update all documents/forms that I've done in the free downloads to meet the revised EYFS, the latest one updated is:

Parental Responsibility.

It will no longer be a requirement under the revised EYFS to get information on who has legal contact with a child, only who has parental responsibility.

I will leave both versions on the downloads until 1st September then remove the old one.

Yes it is put there because it has been produced by Pauline for us to use and it acknowledges that it has come from the Forum.
