Default Where to put all my paperwork???

I have put everything from the following into their own A4 folders:
    Accident/Incident forms (blank)
    Medication forms (blank)
    Learning Journals
    Portfolio
    EYFS stautory framework/ development matters
    Risk assesments
    Childminding contract forms (blank)
    Visitor book
And any else I can think of (gone blank)......

I am just wonderng where to put all of these folders now...as they are sitting on my floor at mo. I am looking for cheap storage for everything to go in and that fits A4 folders etc i.e. plastic drawers, boxes...
Where do you put yours?? Any suggestions would be great and where to get cheap boxes/ storage etc.. Thanx

Mine go on a Billy Bookcase or in a large tin lockable file box which sits on the side in my kitchen.

I recently took mine all out of their lovely, neat but space consuming A4 binders, popped them into plastic sleeves and into a nice pink lockable filing box from Staples!

All my blank forms are in an A4 folder. Anything confidential is in a lockable filing box

I have a little safe for the confidential stuff - about £50 from Argos I think
Then a shelf in our spare room for the bulky things
Then near our front door I keep LJs, register, visitor book, blank accident forms and previous injury forms, blank medication forms (basically anything I might need on a day to day basis)

I set up an online file sharing system for parents so they had access to latest updates of policies etc then when Ofsted come I can just print them all out. Saves a lot of space.
