    Can anyone help me with doing a risk assessment for going to a soft play/ball pit outing please .... Thank you

    i sent a email to Chester zoo, for there's, and other places, they were happy to send them to me, but that was along time ago,

    If you were writing your own you could include:
    Toilets - stranger danger, scalding water, spills on the floor, cleanliness of changing mat, etc - what you will do to keep them safe
    Large slide - make sure equipment age appropriate
    Other adults - stranger danger etc
    Exits - what you will do to ensure children don't leave without you
    Tables and chairs - child coudl bump into them or fall off the chair
    Play equipment - cleanliness, make sure children play in age appropriate area, where you can see them etc
    Journey there and back

    is it sufficient to just file their RAs (for all places like this) or do you have to add to them with anything else?

    I'd never thought of using the company ones!
