    Why i can't open it?
This is the massage: you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1.Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2.If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

What do i need to do to be able to open it?
    Can someone help me,pls?
This seems very intresting and helpfull.

Thank you SO MUCH. I've just began childminding. At the moment I am doing babysitting hours, but I start 'proper' (full-time hours) childminding in just a couple of weeks. and !

Your document has helped me determine my notice period.
