If you have their contracts and have a dispute with parents then you need to tell the insurance company within 90 of the debt.

Questions have been asked of the contracts and whether the solicitors will act on our behalf if we do/do not have NCMA/PACEY contracts in place.

Today I have FINALLY got something in writing from the solicitors:

Dear Mrs Southern,

I write further to your email to PACEY this afternoon.

In answer to your query, I can confirm that In order for cover to apply under the contract disputes section of cover, you must use PACEY contracts and they must be correctly signed.

I hope this answers your query, however if I can be of any further assistance please feel free to contact me.

Regards

I apologise if I gave false information out on a previous thread but the solicitors have changed from the ones I spoke to directly at York in 2010 and this I was unaware of.
