I'm GOOD!!!!!!!

WHOOP WHOOP IM GOOD

I have had my first graded inspection today and she was very impressed and she said she wished she could have given me outstanding. She said shes seen things here that other cms who have been minding years dont do and my paperwork is spot on.

She was here 3 hours and for anybody who has their first inspection coming up, dont be nervous (says me who was bricking it) its really not that bad, as others told me

Well done. Why didn't she give you outstanding. Why do they say it and then don't to it. I had mine today. My inspector was very old school and just couldn't relax with her here.

I am annoyed with myself on few things but happy with good and one ouststanding. She told me to visit some outstanding childminders but happy with what I do and get great tips from here. I actually felt very deflated when she left.

A night out for me though as think I deserve it

She said that is its my first inspection since registering i cant get outstanding but I have all the qualities and even if I do what im doing now in 3 years I will get it

Well done on getting your grading. It sounds as if you're doing a fab job.

I have to be honest though, I would be querying why she couldn't give you outstanding on a first inspection. That's jusy rubbish! There are plenty of minders on here who have got outstanding first time out. If she really couldn't fault anything, she could have, and should have, given you outstanding now.

any hints as to what you offered or did to a newbie like me that is due to be inspected soon ????
