    Default Overnight care

I am not permitted to provide overnight care, but what exactly does it mean?

A doctor has asked me for childcare from 7:00pm - 2:00am, would that class as overnight?

I believe the detail how to define this type of care is somewhere on the Ofsted help section, I will try and find it.

Just curious are you going to get up and hand the child over at 2.00am??
