Thanks!! I will enjoy the wine, been so stressed since Mrs O called last wednesday.
I'm glad that I'm doing a good job, she was very impressed with my daily diarys, learning journal and ALL my paperwork!! She only recommended that I help lo to develop better social skills while eating by sitting with her (which i normally do but was so nervous with Mrs O sitting there that i didnt have lunch!! or a cup of tea, or use the toilet for 4 hours!!) and also that I just extend my observations into the next stage, but saying that she said she was very impressed as i have only had lo since june, and that if I take recommendations on board I would prob get outstanding on next inspection
