Ofsted came today

Hi just to let everyone know Ofsted arrived today at twelve fifteen and left at 2.50pm. I have only been achildminder for six weeks and was really pleased with how it all went.

I got one outstanding for enjoying and achieving and the other sections I got good, so as as you imagine I am very pleased.

I got my outstanding for enjoying and achieving mainly from the resouces I found out about from this web site. She was very impressed with my flags of the world, and the I had printed out people from different countries with their respective maps.

Miffy thanks for the feltboard, the children played with that today, more by chance as I got it out to show her, and she was impressed with that too, especially as they both played so nicely with it too.

Sharon, yes all going well, relieved though that it will be another three years before they come again.

One thing the Ofsted inspector told me that I had the wrong address down for complaints when I phoned Ofsted to get the right one, I actually did have the right one so asked them to let her know that she got it wrong.
