I have written my policies with help from Sarah707's ebook. I think it is from there I got the info about Provider Complaints Records being available from Ofsted's website. I have looked there to try to find them but with no success.

Does anyone know what these records are and where I can get one please?

Hi Keeks I am not sure what you mean..?

Ofsted used to have an information fact sheet about complaints but it is now out of date because the Childcare Register has been updated.

If you want to pm me with your email / PayPal buying address I will send you an updated copy of the e-book which should clarify things.

Hi Sarah, I've just gone through the procedures ebook and it was not from there I got the information about these "Provider Complaints Records". I have no idea where I got this from, but somewhere I have picked up that we should record complaints on this form which is supposedly available from Ofsted's website. I think I will just take it out of the policy and not worry about it as even you don't seem to have heard of it.

There is a complaints record form in free downloads at the top of the forum.

Ofsted's version has not been updated for a long time and does not currently comply with the Eyfs / childcare register ... as far as I know!!
