Woohoo - inspection over and delighted with result :)

I had my first grading inspection yesterday and was awarded an Outstanding... to say I am over the moon is an understatement!

Kudos to the kids who were delightful on the day and remembered that they went down the stairs and not the lift on our fire drill

Am so relieved. A lot to live up to and maintain standards, but am so relieved it is over.

And if I ever see another policy.....

hehe

I will be back with some tips of things she pointed out she liked soon!

Congratulations, I got an Outstanding at my first inspection on Monday too.

I'm still on a high and I don't think I'll quite believe it until I see it in the report. Do you feel like that?

I haven't got a clue what she said to me as once she said that I had an outstanding overall everything else went right over my head!

So pleased the children were all wonderfully behaved for you.

I'm doing a party for all the children on Friday to celebrate. We're even going to do pass the parcel and I'll make sure they all have a little something to take home as a thank you for their wonderful behaviour.
