    Default Ratio Exceptions again.

I'm not sure if this has been questioned before but what would happen if having taken on 2 unrelated babies under a year and having them on different days. Baby 1 mon, tue & fri, Baby 2 wed & thurs. . Then after a couple of months one of parents wishes to up her 2 days to 4/5 but this would then mean having the two babies together, would this be classed as a case of continuity of care or would I have to give one notice? Baby 1 will be 10/11mths and baby 2 will be 6mths be then.

It would be fine as continuity of care. There is a document here which will help you
