    Default Ofsted and adhoc care

I have my inspection in 2 weeks time and 1 girl I look after very irregularly will be here that week. What will they expect in terms of her learning journal? It's really hard as I've only had her twice since February so not really got much to go on. I have done obs when she is here, but not next steps as by time I next see her she is always well past that!

Also when she is here she just sits and doesn't really do much!

Have you got any photos of her you could put into a scrapbook? Add a few comments about things you have noticed her do & put a few notes about things she, or her parents, have mentioned she's done.

Yes there r photos in her 'journal' with parent comments as well.

I have 2 others that week, 1 new one and 1 I have had a few months whose journal is loads better (and super cooperative parents who wrote loads in in!)
