1st inspection
Had my very first inspection mrs o was lovely said she liked my paperwork and didn't have any thing bad to say I got a satisfactory though wondering how new parents will see this as a good or not so good grade I'd of liked a good but who wouldn't but I am happy with a glowing report and my grade given

Well done, you can relax now

Well done.

Well this is a dictionary definition of satisfactory:
"Fulfilling expectations or needs; acceptable, though not outstanding or perfect."
Sounds pretty good to me.
Hope you enjoy a well earned relaxing evening xx

Well done bet you're glad that's over. Did you get any feedback as to why you didn't get good?
Parents probably won't care one jot. They know the good work you do for their children

Well done I expect you are just glad it is over, use any points your inspector made as a positive way you can improve rather than looking at them negatively and you can explain to new parents how you are improving all the time, I'm sure half the time the parents go on good old "gut feeling" rather than a piece of paper anyway.
