I had my first graded inspection and have been awarded Outstanding. I am over the moon and will be putting some further info on here once I've polished off the wine

Wow Shamai! How fab!
I just wondered if you managed to sort out an 'ultimate action point & paperwork list' - I'm working my way through Sarah's Paperwork Checklist e-book thingy!
I am coming back into CMing and I (only) got Satisfactory before in 2010, as I simply followed a rubbish checklist given to me by my LA Early Years team. I thought it was a definitive checklist and it turns out it was the basic/bare minimum! So wish I'd had more guidance...
This time around I'm taking a 'belt and braces' approach.
What do you do that made you 'stand out'?

Hi SammySplodger
I used Sarah's checklist as my guide and wrote feedback on my inspection last Sunday on here. I honestly don't think I done anything to make me "stand out" - in a nutshell, I was able to provide evidence on how I have helped mindees progress/keep them stimulated, how I follow the 7 EYFS areas, how I communicate with parents/other settings and how I keep them safe.
