Do we as childminders have to be registered with the Information Commissioners Office under Data Protection?

Most childminders use digital cameras and / or computers for their work and therefore need to register.

As far as I am aware nothing has changed.

Data protection is still statutory in the EYFS 2012 in requirement 3.68.

Has someone said differently Twinkle-Toes? If so I will make some enquiries.

I thought I had read it somewhere but no idea where?! I may have made it up lol
