    Exclamation My assessment grids...these are what you have been asking for

    right folks i have 5 mins to sort this out.


    yes the lettering is small...its so you dont use so much paper/ink etc. and if you have a child a long time it would be a lot of sheets.

    Its in a PDF cos Pauline thought it should be protected as Phil and i worked very hard....actually it was Phil cos all i did was tell hime what to do


    BUT...so i am not pm-ing to lots of folks i will put my copy on this thread...it can be adapted by yourselves but please keep it to yourselves too... you are my friends.

    sorry for being slow....been a bit crock, work busy and a day trip to london (from crewe) for a 3rd birthday party have taken priority

    Mandy its an XLS file which is excel not pdf, did you upload the wrong one?

    pauline changed it to a pdf file to keep it copyright type of thing.

    i am giving you my excell version so you should find it easier to change

    all ages are on there....look at the bottom and you will see the tabs
