This is one of my ongoing problems!!

I would love to have it sorted.

I also don't see how any type of evidence can be entered in such a small box.

    Please someone help us!!!!!

I used them more for a cross over from observations, so would put in the evidence bit

P.3, part B (for example) (I used to have 3 observations boxes per page)

then that way you have at least 3 observations per bullet point to prove the evidence over a few obs (does that make sence?)

I now work in a nursery and they do the same thing, only the booklet with the EYFS development stages are listed with 3 coloums for linking off on.

Visually it works describing it harded lol

Thanks - I put page refs which refer to pages numbers in learning journey that describes evidence for that stage. That seems to work .
Does a copy of these age and stage assessments need to be shown to the parents or stuck in the LJ? What does your nursery do?

    Help very much appreciated

They are my sheets. The numbers are for my cross referencing. I have a box on each obs page where I put the numbers in so I can cross ref. so don't worry about them. Regarding the size. They are small so I can get it all on the paper. I wear reading glasses and can see them ok. Don't know how to make them bigger. Will be doing some to reflect new eyfs and will try and enlarge them. Will also explain ref system an put in one of my referencing obs sheet too. Xxx

It is counting how many statements in each section. So dispositions and attitudes for 0 - 11 months has 3 statements in it.
