Best paperwork!

Hello all!

I have found so many great pieces of paper work but I think I may of printed out too many different examples ha ha ha
What would you say was needed? I was thinking:-

Weekly planner (a rough guide that will include themes, celebrations etc...)
Individual planner
Group planner

And then for observations:-
Bigger obs - abit more detailed into one particular thing
Post-it obs which I will file monthly.

Does that sound good? anything I have missed?

I'm not sure if its 100% right but that is exactly what its taken me a yr to get it down to.

I had yrly plans, long term, medium term, individual and group plans and tied myself in knots

I have A4 sheets for long obs that can include photos and 3 small obs sheets to an A4 page for small quick obs.

I have not been inspected on these yet but I hope its alond the right lines

That is what I was worried about doing...getting too much and then not knowing what is where etc...just want to keep it as simple as possible.....I may do a review every term of 'my' next steps aswell...maybe improvements I want to make etc....
