observation training

Anyone know of an independent body offering observation training. I am living in Northern Ireland and about to start working in a playgroup hopefully so would need help. If someone could advise me even where I might get help for playgroup training of any sort would be grateful.

Sorry terrydoo this wasn't answered... I am not sure how many members we have from Ireland.

Are you insured with Morton Michel? If you are they have an excellent range of free training booklets including one which covers observations.

Otherwise, if you share what it is about observations you are not certain about I am sure members will help you
