Hi Tanya
There are some in the free downloads that are in PDF format.
Go to the very top of the forum and you will see a row of links held by the little forum baby choose the one called 'free resources'
when that opens up go to the far right tab 'free downloads'
when that opens up go down the right hand side there are various documents under the heading, "EYFS and Learning Journals"
Click on the " EYFS Assessment sheets" and it will take you to what you want.
I could put a direct link but I think it is helpful for people to learn how to navigate there and they will see other things along the way that might also help them.

had a look Pauline, it's not the same as the ones that were posted on the
2nd thread page. these ones on that area don't have a picture on them. they were put on here as grids, the 22-36 month one was only put on as a word doc rather than pdf.
is there any chance of having that one as a pdf.
Thanks
Tanya
Is this ok Tanya?
Pauline x
Yep, thats the one.
Thank you Pauline.
also do you know anything about this cd everyone is talking about??
Thanks
Tanya
It will probably be the CD that came with the EYFS packs, sadly now out of print and unavailable.
I tried copying one yesterday to see if we could share but it wouldn't work, I am waiting to ask my son for advice on whether there is another way.

Thanks Pauline,
Thats ashame about the cd tho.
when you got the cd, did you downlaod the info onto your computer, or put a password to get into it, like when you load windows microsoft office etc.
As I was wondering if it could be used on another computer without having to put a personnal password on to open it.
or
if you have downloaded it onto your comp. could you do a lending cd thing, or something, as you would know who had it last.
just an idea
Tanya
Are the ones in the free resources the same as the ones posted on this thread? I'm getting so confused with all the paperwork.
Am I right in thinking that there are some on the EYFS CD too?
I'm just looking for a sheet that I can track where they are when they start with me - to show to Ofsted how I know what stage they are at.
(sorry if I am being really dim!!!)

They are more or less the same Jo, one has pictures one doesn't so it depends whether you want to save ink!
I don't think there is anything on the CD that you would want to print out without first copying it into your own document as there are lots and lots of colours and photos.
I my humble opinion you can't do much better than the sheets above or in free downloads as they have all the areas of development which you can use as you say, to track where a child is and see where a gap is developing.
I made my own which are on a very similar line and Mrs. O was very pleased with how it tracked the child. Well, I got Outstanding so something must have been right
