    Default light shades

New Lo (16 mths) started this week and whenever we are getting ready to go out or eating in the dining room they keep pointing at my light shades. Dining room just plain, hall is like a wicker style. I gently push the hall light and they get excited. Any ideas I can use as resources as obviously can't let them play with the lights. I have wicker shapes in sensory box but lt seems it's the hanging fixture they are fascinated with regardless of light being on or off. Thank you x

I was going to say a couple of torches. But maybe she associates the lights going out with leaving her home and going somewhere exciting like your house!
