    Default Binoculars?

Hi, I have a LO aged 25 months who loves playing with binoculars, she just looks through them and laughs at me. Can anyone tell me what area this would come under please? I was thinking UW but cant find anything appropriate. TIA

I would put it under UW also, learning about the world, C & L talking about what they can see, PSED confidence, Characteristic of learning- playing and exploring.

Maths, cos you might compare "bigger" and "smaller".

Could also encompass physical and knowledge of the world, if you extended this to an activity such as an outdoor walk with opportunities to study the scene through binoculars.

def. use it for Maths too. get her to turn them round and look - are you smaller or bigger now?
if you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got
