Hi, im doing my CYPOP 5 course and it finishes this week.
Ive got some additional tasks to do and stuck on one part of a task to do with observations, ' explain how you would support and extend their learning and development ' im guessing this is next steps but how do i do that :-/ at a loss.

you need to think about what you would do.
assess the current level and think what the next step is. then outline how you are going to achieve it.
