I have one like this but it says welcome. Everytime my brother visits he says its wrong as all languages have the language underneath except the english one, he thats it means im presuming everyones first language is english. He does moan!!!

You just need to be around for a short while and have posted a bit, then you move into the next member category and will be able to access it.

It is done to protect members hard work from being taken by people who never come back or misuse it.
