    I looked at the Mm paperwork and didn't like it as much as Pacey, although I've heard so much about Lacey not living up to what they used to be.

    MM is much better value and you are not restricted to use their contracts.....i used a contract format provided by my local authority. It was important for me to keep my costs down to begin with so i didnt want to have to buy paperwork/forms which the local authority kindly provide.
