Seperating learning journeys

Has anyone seperated thier learning journeys into months or are you just dating them and collecting them together? i am getting a bit muddled now they are starting to fill up so thinking about putting them into months, my DW did not like this idea but i need some more order!!!

Also does anyone know where i can get some already done.......usless at word art etc

I work with the learning and develpoment charts at the back of the Eyfs... which last about a year for each age group.

Over the year the learning journey fills out with photos, obs, planning, pictures etc into a nice little booklet.
