    Default Tapestry- Next Steps

    Can anyone help?

How do you share next steps with parents through Tapestry? It seems to generate so many. Some parents may find this overwhelming.

There is a similar question on the same Next step issue with Tapestry.

I do not use Tapestry so difficult to comment but....as all the 7 areas of learning are connected...maybe Tapestry is giving you next step s for all of them?

If it gives you so many are you able to compare them to Development Matters and EYO?
Also you can choose to reduce the next steps according to each child Unique style according to age and stage of development....at certain point children do seem to 'explode' in their learning and achieve so much.

If you want to share next steps termly/bi-monthly or whatever, you can make a 'report' that parents can view and add comments to. In the report next steps are fully editable:

    Click on 'Children'
Click on 'Reports' on one of the children
    'Create new report'
It automatically generates 2-3 next steps per Area, you can choose to enable all Areas or just Prime Areas or what you choose.
You can type into the Next Steps windows yourself to add what you want, or edit or delete their generated ones.
