After school club

Hi guys

I am a childminder and want to open an after school club at the local school. As a childminder I can add this other business to my current registration using my childminder ratios.

Has anyone done similar? Would it not be more worth while to have a separate registration to be able to have a larger child to adult ratio?

I would have from 3 - 11 year olds.

Thank you for any advise - Im giving myself a headache looking for information!

There isn't a lot of information - I have been told by Ofsted that it will be added to the Eyfs in the next revision.

ratios do seem to be an issue which haven't been thought through very well...
