Template letter from the landlord to a childminder

Hello!! I've ask my landlord if he could write me a letter authorizing me doing child minding on his flat and he said yes but he said to me to write the letter and he sign afterwards, I am wondering if anyone could help me write this letter because I am not sure what to write. Thank you guys!!!

Well, as far as I know everybody that starting childminder needs a letter from the land lord.....

Hello - I'm renting too and never needed anything in writing but maybe you could write the following:

To Whoever it May Concern

I hereby authorise Danigarcia to use my premises [put in address of the flat] for her childminding business.

I am the owner of the property and Danigarcia has been my tenant since ............[date tenancy began]

Signed: ...........................[Landlord's Name]

Date:................................
