Default mindees funeral..the worst thing ever

I've just got back from the funeral of an ex mindee. He was just 9.I had him till i moved 4 1/2 year ago.Honestly i think it was the saddest most heartwrenching experience i have ever had.He had a little white coffin with man utd posters on and a photo of him on the end from when he was about 4.They played bright eyes for him as they brought him in and his two big brothers carried him with his two uncles. His class mates sang ...Rule the world
by take that.It was so so sad.His poor mam could hardly walk.
    just cant stop the tears

I can't imagine anyone ever getting over the loss of a child... it's not the way things are supposed to happen. To attend a child's funeral must be horrific. xx

    It is so, so sad.

When I went to an ex-mindee's funeral last year they played a video montage along to the Bruno Mar's song Just the Way You Are. I can't listen to the song now without getting tears in my eyes.

But the saddest memory is of hearing her mum's cries as the photos came up. It was haunting
