I have got my pre-reg inspection tomorrow at 9 30 and I am sooo nervous. I have spent the last week cleaning, tidying and making sure everything is up to date. The closer it gets the more nervous I become

Sorry just needed to vent, I am so worried about it, what if they turn me down?!!

OK off to clean something thats not moving now!

I was nervous too but the lady was really nice and more helpful than scary when she turned up! Just make sure you've read up on EYFS and go through the booklet that came with your Ofsted papers "Preparing for your registration Visit". Good luck but you will be fine, I know it! Oh bless, we all feel like that... My Mrs O just looked through my stuff and asked me questions on Safeguarding and the EYFS and if I stumbled to she prompted me and looked around the house and asked questions on safety aspect.

Well she has just left (she had an assessor with her )

All went really well, she has approved me for 5 under 8's (my dd is 7) , she really liked my policies and RA's said they were very proffessional and she said she liked the little things I had thought of such as Hi Vis jackets

Sooooo pleased, I can relax now and start getting some children registered!
