Thinking of a business name & wanted to include my own name, so what do you think to this......

Also if I change to a business name, who do I need to inform?

Not sure but there might be something on your tax return where you can give details of change of name. Anyway your local tax office will be able to let you know about a name change - sorry can't be more specific for you.
