What's in yours!! I have been looking for a list of what I should have and can't find one anywhere!

I was told by my DO to get what is listed in the first aid booklet I got on my first aid course. This is what is listed;

Leaflet (general guidance on first aid)
Protective face mask
Sterile adhesive dressings (hypo-allergenic)
Sterile eye pads
Triangular bandages
Medium wound dressings
Large wound dressings
Tape (hypo-allergenic)
Disposible gloves
Scissors (rounded end)
Sterile water

DO NOT put sprays, antiseptic wipes, creams, lotions, tablets or medicines in kit.
