    Default Shifts question

I have just had an enquiry from a lady needing 7am-2pm one week then 2pm-6pm the next. She needs Monday to Friday which I can't do because i'm full Mondays. I'm also not keen on such an early start. And i'm not keen on losing my day off either!

But just out of curiosity, how would you charge for this?

i would charge a higher fee for before 0800 am. So for me the early start would be £5/hour then £4.50 0800-1400. Then I have a min. 4 hour day and anything under 5 hours is charged at £5/hour so I'd be charging £5/hour for the late start day.
if you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got
