For school?? - my own kids get sandwich, bap, muffin or pancakes, a yoghurt, piece of fruit, wee individual bag of biscuits or crisps. If the fruit comes back home again they dont get biscuits/crisps the next day.
Oh and plus a bottle of water or carton fruit juice.

My own ds's get a sandwich with salad (usually tuna) grapes/satsuma in a cup already cut, yoghurt, a bottle of water and a small treat, usually a homemade fairy cake or biscuit. Littlies get the same minus the treat, I leave the treats for parents to give as most of my lot aren't allowed 'treats'
