where do you record ......

texts?

I have had some lovely texts from parents recently and want to record them as part of sharing information with parents and working together etc etc.

I was thinking of copying them into a comments book?

Just wandered what everyone else does.

you could copy out and ask parents just to sign

or you could save and print them out

comments go in my complaints/compliments file

I always copy them into my comments book and just annotate 'parent text'. In this day and age parents are much more likely to do this than put pen to paper.
