    Default Epipen

    Hi guys!
I have a little girl starting that has lots of allergies and has an epipen. I practised using one on my first aid course. Is this sufficient or do I need training from the little girls doctor/nurse?

You need individual training for this little girl and youwill need to draw up a care plan.
I did training for one of my mindees and was lucky as mum had arranged training at his pre school at the same time: i tagged on to that and because the trainer had an outline care plan for the pre school to follow, I based mine around that.

I did my training at the mindees GP surgery. I agree that you need to have the training specific to the child.

If I get another child I will go to training again for that child's needs.
