Does anyone have a wooden workbench (play one, obviously!)? I have a plastic JCB one, but am in the process of swapping my toys to wooden ones & that's next on the list.
Any recommendations?

When someone tells you nothing is impossible, tell them to go slam a revolving door
Thank everyone. I saw the Ikea one when I was there last week and have to say, I wasn't very impressed. It's OK, but nothing special for that much money.
I do like the other ones though
Thank you Carolyn. That's the one I gone for - a good price on Amazon

I bought a real one with real tools, just slightly smaller versions, all the tools were about a £1 each in b and q and the workbench is a fold up one off amazon it was about £10.
I use real hammers with real nails and the children love it, I visited a special needs school forest school session and was so inspired by what the children were capable of that I threw all the plastic rubbish away.
Why not go fishing offcuts out of skips and make a workbench with the children, my 8 year old son made a chair which was interesting, but even the youngest children can try to bang a nail in a log.
That is a fad idea, but my oldest mindee is just 2, the others are all 1 or younger! I need something that is left out all the time and I don't think the mix of real tools and babies would work!
The 2yr old did help me build a filing rack yesterday with real screws and a screwdriver. He loved it
