Do ofsted inspect if you have no eyfs children?

Hi,I registered last summer and ofsted rung after christmas to see i was working so they could inspect me ,i was only doing before and after school for a boy who was 8 so they said they would ring again in a few months.
I have another after school child now(7) , and im wondering will ofsted only inspect me if i have an eyfs child? and what happens if i never have 1?
Work has been really slow lately and another childminder said she struggled until she had been graded so i am a bit concerned.

There is a document about inspecting provision where children only attend before and after school and in school holidays.

It is 080167 on the Ofsted website and might give you some insight into Ofsted's thinking.
